About Our Company

Standing Man Construction Ltd. is owned and operated by Josef Bartinger, who is a qualified carpenter with more than 30 years experience. As Mr. Bartinger is born and raised in Europe, he has had the opportunity to apprentice, train and work with many skilled tradesmen, artisans and construction specialists whose European designs have provided him with a wide range of professional experiences. In addition to carpentry, Mr. Bartinger has also worked as Project Manager on numerous substantial construction projects in the United States and Canada. His work to date includes successfully completing extensive projects for companies such as Red Lobster, Olive Garden, and Manhatten Bagel. Mr. Bartinger is well versed in all aspects of residential construction from simple renovations, to the lifting of older homes that require new foundation construction. He has a wide range of commercial experience working with access flooring, acoustic ceilings, drop ceilings, demountable partitions and steel-stud construction. Standing Man Construction is a multi-lingual company and we can provide services in English or German.
